Before Fulham
Ziyad grew up playing for Paris Saint-Germain and progressed his way through the age groups during his time there. As a 16-year-old, he became the youngest player in PSG history to play in the UEFA Youth League under the management of Thiago Motta, playing against Liverpool in September 2018.
He featured for the PSG U19 squad, helping his side through to the quarter-finals of the Coupe Gambardella, with a goal in a 5-1 win over Lyon.
Despite a promising start to his footballing career, Ziyad was not offered a professional contract at PSG and was free to move to other clubs in the summer of 2020.
Fulham (2020-present)
Ziyad signature was confirmed by the club on 2 July 2020 on a free transfer following the expiry of his contract at Paris Saint-Germain. He had previously spoken with former-Fulham striker Moussa Dembélé about his time at the club before his decision to move.
In his first season with the club, he joined the U23 squad under the guidance of Mark Pembridge and Colin Omogbehin. He helped them achieve the Premier League 2 Division 2 title in the 2021-22 season, and would then go on a season-long loan to Barnsley on 12 September 2022.
