Sean McDermott(Bills Coach) Brother Tim McDermott Is Philadelphia Union President

The Buffalo Bills of the National Football League (NFL) are led by head coach Sean McDermott, who is related to Tim McDermott. Tim McDermott is Sean’s brother.

The head coach was hired by the Bills in 2017 after serving as the head coach of the Panthers for the previous six seasons, during which time he led the Panthers to the Super Bowl in Super Bowl 50.

Tim, who plays for the Philadelphia Union of Major League Soccer, was getting ready for the MLS Cup on Saturday when Sean wished him the best of luck on Twitter in regard to his new position as president of the Philadelphia Union. Sean’s tweet led to Tim’s appearance in the media.

In spite of the fact that the head coach was unable to watch the Union play last week because the Bills were also playing at the same time, the McDermott family was watching both games and singing both the Shout Song and the Union fight song in order to show their support for both of the competing teams.

Later on, Sean learned in the locker room after their victory over the Green Bay Packers that Philadelphia FC had beaten NYCFC. His relatives who attended the game provided him with recordings that captured the electric atmosphere there.

Although Sean McDermott was born in Omaha, Nebraska, to parents Rich and Avis McDermott, he was raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
