Sam Divine: Married Life With Husband DJ Hatcha
On July 28th, 2018, Sam Divine wed her longtime partner DJ Hatcha in a castle located in Somerset.
On the evening of December 24, 2016, just before Christmas, Hatcha popped the question to her in front of Times Square.
On July 21, 2018, the owner of the record company proposed to her after they had been dating for approximately one and a half years.
The bride wore a dress that was exquisitely crafted for the special occasion, and the husband wore a suit that was very refined. After exchanging their respective vows, Hatcha and Sam kissed one another.
Their wedding day was truly made memorable by the presence of their cherished friends and family members.
Sam and Terry started the new chapter of their lives with a lot of well wishes and presents, including a table and cushions for the studio that were given to them by Jessbaysdj and Milz.
The wedding was made even more stunning by Hatcha’s performance, which consisted of an old-school R&B set appropriate for the occasion. The pair celebrated their newlywed status by traveling to far-flung locales and putting on a show at a garden resort in Tisno.
The pair took care of one other in both their personal and professional lives while also taking pleasure in each other’s company. In spite of their packed schedules, they were frequently spotted attending DJ parties and nightclubs.
Sam and DJ Hatch were married for only two years before they got divorced. The reason, as explained by Sam and Hatcha, is that they have irreconcilable differences.
In 2021, the couple fully annulled their official wedding plans and proceeded in different directions to pursue careers as musicians.
Sam claimed that the year 2021 was the worst of her life because of the events surrounding her divorce and Covid-19.

DJ Hatcha: Who Is He?
Alongside Arthur Smith (also known as Artwork of Magnetic Man) and John Kennedy, Leonard owned the Big Apple record shop in Croydon, which was located in South London. Leonard was the head buyer at the store.
At the beginning of the 2000s, a movement within the 2-step garage scene known as “dark garage” was taking place.
Producers who were at the forefront of this movement, such as El-B and Horsepower Productions, were regulars at the shop, which had become a meeting point within the scene.
At the time, Leonard was an influential DJ on several pirate radio stations. He was also a resident at the club, which was the epicenter of the rise of a subgenre of dark garage that had a sound that was sparser and heavier on the bass.

Oliver Jones, better known by his stage name Skream, initially made contact with Leonard through the latter’s brother, the producer Hijak, and then began working in the shop on the weekends.
Jones became interested in music production after Leonard showed him samples of gloomy garage music. This ignited Jones’s curiosity.
As a result of his work in the shop, he became acquainted with Adegbenga Adejumo, also known as Benga, a teenage music producer who was creating music on his PlayStation game console.
The two musicians shared music with one another and were honing their techniques with Leonard’s guidance. Leonard had also begun incorporating dubplates of the tracks that Jones and Adejumo were producing into his DJ sets at the time.
His sets at FWD>> and on Rinse FM were immensely crucial in the formation of dubstep. This was in part due to the exclusive music that he received from the emerging producers, in addition to the music that was provided by shop regulars Mala, Coki, and Loefah (the former two known as duo Digital Mystikz).
