Nicole Yarbrough (Ryan Yarbrough Wife) Is A Former Athlete

Ryan Yarbrough’s wife, Nicole Yarbrough,  is 29 years old and celebrates her birthday on October 24.

Ryan and Nicole are one year and ten months apart in age. They became friends because they shared a passion for sports. While he was making history on the baseball field, she was a lacrosse expert.

She stands 5’9″ and had impressive statistics while playing lacrosse in high school and college. Nicole was named to the All-SSC second team and had the most draw controls in 2015. She is a huge baseball fan, which is how she met her husband, in addition to being a former lacrosse player.

She began playing in high school while attending Winter Park High School in Florida. Nicole spent four seasons there.

She attended Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia, after graduating from high school in 2012, and played Division I lacrosse there in 2013 and 2014. During her time at ODU, she appeared in 27 league games.

Nicole got to show off her lacrosse skills as a “Florida Southern Moccasin” at Florida Southern College. In her first season, she made 18 starts, had 4 assists, and scored 4 points. She had 11 turnovers and 7 draw controls by the end of her “Mocs” career.

Nicole did not return to the sport after graduating from college. Maybe life got in the way.

Her parents, Joe and Lisa Bellini, as well as her brother Joey, were always there for her. Due to Covid restrictions, Nicole complained in 2020 that she couldn’t even get a hug from her father and brother, who had travelled from Cincinnati to meet her for her birthday. “Definitely strange,” she said.

While Nicole’s lacrosse career was winding down, her then-boyfriend, now husband’s baseball career was picking up. After being drafted into the MLB in 2014, he spent time with the AZL Mariners, Clinton Lumber Kings, and Bakersfield Blaze before being released in 2016.

Ryan’s commitment to Kansas marks the beginning of a new chapter in the family’s life. Nicole has every reason to be optimistic about her family’s future, given her newfound motherhood and a cross-country move.
