The most recent Korean drama to air on MBC is called Kokdu: Season of Deity.

The third episode of Kokdu: Season of Deity will premiere on MBC TV on February 3 at roughly 9:50 p.m. (Korean Standard Time). New episodes of the show will continue to run every Friday and Saturday.

Kok-Du descends to this world once every 99 years to take possession of a human body that is an exact duplicate of his own.

He takes the lives of scumbags who have earned their deaths. This time, he travels to our realm and takes control of the body of the human Do Jin-Woo. After that, he begins a relationship with Han Gye-Jeol (Lim Soo-Hyang).

Kokdu: Season of Deity (Season 1) – Production Details

By September 2022, production of the television series had already begun.

It is anticipated that members of the cast of Hangout with Yoo, namely Yoo Jae-suk, Jeong Jun-ha, and Lee Mi-joo, will make cameo appearances on Kokdu: Season of Deity as part of the “HWY HR” segment of the variety program.

Kokdu and Han Gye Jeol’s relationship is shown as a love triangle (Lim Soo Hyang). It depicts a unique love story that takes place in between the afterlife and the present life.

Kim Jung Hyun portrays Kkok Du, a foul-mouthed guide of the underground, in the drama. Kkok Du is a god of the underworld who is responsible for guiding deceased people into the underworld.
