Corrinne Kolesar (Keegan Kolesar Mother) Is A Big NHL Fan
Keegan Kolesar’s mother Corrinne Kolesar is a huge ice hockey fan.
Mrs. Koelsar played softball in college, according to the Columbus Dispatch, and she passed on her athleticism to her son.
While she is best known for giving birth to the 25-year-old NHL player, Oakland Riders fans are aware of her presence as K.D. Williams’ wife.
K.D., Corrinne and Keegan’s father, divorced shortly after their son was born, and the former later married late MLB scout Charles Peterson.
Mrs. Koelsar kept up with the sport by watching her son’s NHL games and following his previous matches in his previous leagues, including the WHL, ECFHL, and AHL.
When Keegan scored his first career goal for the Golden Knights against the St. Louis Blues on March 22, 2021, he specifically mentioned his mother in his post-game press conference.

Furthermore, her Facebook and Twitter accounts are primarily dedicated to Keegan’s photos and career updates.

Peterson was born in 1970 and was a promising athlete since his early days. He was the Gatorade Player of the Year in South Carolina in 1992 as a quarterback for his high school team.
However, the Chicago Wolves reported that Keegan’s stepfather played baseball before switching to ice hockey. He had been the Pittsburgh Pirates’ first-round pick in the 1993 MLB draught.
He then played fourteen seasons in the minor leagues before retiring in 2006. He was a member of the Winnipeg Goldeyes of the independent Northern League from 2002 to 2003. Peterson worked as a scout for the St. Louis Cardinals after retiring from ice hockey.
Keegan and Charles met as a family in 1998, a year after his biological parents called off their wedding.
Since then, they have maintained a close relationship while living in Winnipeg, Manitoba. As a mentor, Charles remained an influential figure in Keegan’s ice hockey career.
He is commonly referred to as Keegan’s father rather than his stepfather, indicating that Charles is still an important part of the latter’s life. Corrinne and her second husband, on the other hand, divorced in 2012.
Unfortunately, the former Kansas City T-Bones player died on September 13, 2020, as a result of Covid-19. According to Global News, Keegan opted out of the Knights’ Stanley Cup Playoffs elimination to attend his funeral.
