How Many Brothers Does Josh Ioane Have?

Josh Ioane, a Maori-Samoan rugby union player, hasn’t talked about his brothers yet. But he has a sister named Emma Chu-Shing who just finished college.

They are very close because they are always posting about each other on social media, and he teases her every chance he gets.

People think he is related to two other professional rugby players with the same last name, Rieko Ioane and Akira Ioane.

Rieko is a winger for both the New Zealand national team and the Blues of New Zealand in Super Rugby. Akira, the oldest brother at 26, is a blindside flanker for the Blues in Super Rugby and for the Auckland rugby union team in the Mitre 10 Cup.

The siblings have a healthy rivalry with each other because they talk about what they love and played for the same team in high school.

Rugby Union Player Josh Ioane Siblings

Josh Ioane has said that he only has one sibling, Emma, as of 2022. He doesn’t like to talk about himself too much.

The 27-year-old was born on July 11, 1995, and grew up in Auckland, New Zealand. He started competing at the regional level when he was in high school.

Because he was part Samoan, he was eventually able to play international rugby because of how well he did in school sports like Touch and Rugby League.

In 2015, he made his dreams come true when he joined the Samoa U20 team.

After finishing high school at King’s College, he moved to Otago to go to college. His height of 5’9″ helped him in his studies.

Meet Josh Loane Family

Josh Ioane, a fly-half who was born in Auckland, is the son of Steve Ioane and Sheila Snowden Ioane.

His father had always told him to take care of his education first because he needed a degree. He pushed him to go to the Otago Academy.

As a child, the Warriors were his first love, and Sonny Bill Williams’s strategy in the NRL gave him and his father hope. He was different from the other players because of how he thought and felt about the game. He saw the senior player as a professional and wanted to be like him one day.

In the Department of Conversation podcast, he went into more detail about how he became obsessed with the big league. He said that his favorite team was the Warriors.

He liked the sport when he was in high school, so there were Warriors games on the weekends.
