Jonathan Mingo (Ole Miss Rebels) Grew Up With His Brother David Johnson
Growing up together, Jonathan Mingo’s brother David Johnson was an influence to him. David Johnson is Jonathan’s 9-year-old half-brother from his father’s previous marriage.
John Mingo and Tonja Mingo, their parents, raised David and Johnson in Memphis, Tennessee. David, a skilled American football player, has made significant contributions to his individual teams, and his younger brother is following in his footsteps by pursuing a career in football for Ole Miss throughout college.
Johnson is currently committed to Ole Miss. He made his debut as a freshman in 2019 and finished the season with 12 receptions for 172 yards and one score.
Similarly, David, his older brother, has signed a deal with the New Orleans Saints and has committed to playing since November 16, 2022.

Jonathan Mingo Grew Up With Elder Brother
Jonathan Mingo and his brother, David Johnson, were reared in the same household by their parents, John and Tonja Mingo. David was born in the city of Memphis, Tennessee.
David Johnson is a football player from the United States who was born on December 16, 1991. According to his Wikipedia page, his birth name is David Jerome Johnson Sr. He was always more interested in sports like football, track, and basketball.
He began playing football at River Kings High School as a running back and defensive back. He later left to play defensive back and fought hard to keep his running back techniques.
Later, David introduced football and became a motivator and trainer for his ten-year-old younger brother Jonathan. Jonathan, if he follows in the footsteps of David, has the potential to become the best American football player in his college.
David is involved in social activities in addition to his sporting career. He is the founder and director of “The Johnson Family’s Mission 31 Foundation.” In 2017, he and his wife, Meghan, founded this non-profit organisation with the goal of providing chances, support, and resources to chronically ill children.
David Is Married To Meghan And Has 3 Children
On April 9, 2016, David Johnson married his long-term fiancée Meghan Johnson and welcomed three children. Before their marriage, David and his partner were great friends. In her wedding post, Meghan also mentioned David as her best buddy.
She revealed that they would be parents four months into their marriage. She explains her feelings about being pregnant and how happy she is to have their first child in the Instagram post.
David Jerome Johnson Jr., their firstborn kid, was born in 2017. Meghan and her husband announced their second pregnancy on Instagram a year later, in 2018. Following that, on May 14, 2019, they welcomed their daughter, Londyn Elisabeth Johnson.
Similarly, after the birth of their third kid on January 24, 2022, they formed a family of five. Lee Johnson is the name they give to their baby son.
Furthermore, this lovely family enjoys spending their vacations travelling different places. They routinely shared photos of themselves having fun on vacation with their entire family.

Jonathan Is 10 Years Younger Than His Brother David
Jonathan Mingo is ten years younger than his elder brother, David. David Minjo, the first child of John and Tonja Minjo, has served as a role model for his younger siblings.
David received his education at Rivers Kings High School, where he also began playing football. David has a tendency of teaching his brother football skills he learnt in high school. He inspired and trained Jonathan to become a player. He is the driving force behind Jonathan’s football success.
Jonathan began playing football for Brandon High School’s football squad. After graduating from high school, he enrolled at Ole Miss and began his football career as a freshman. His addition to the team resulted in numerous improvements and victories.
His colleagues have stated that he is the most dedicated and industrious player on the club. His passion to the game and hard effort enabled him to set a school record for receiving yards in a single game.

Mingo was raised in Brandon, Mississippi, and graduated from Brandon High School. Mingo was a four-star prospect who chose Ole Miss over Georgia, Auburn, and Mississippi State to play collegiate football.

College life
Mingo started all 12 games for Ole Miss as a freshman, finishing with 12 receptions for 172 yards and one score. During his sophomore season, he caught 27 passes for 379 yards and three touchdowns.
Mingo missed seven games during his junior season due to a foot ailment and finished with 22 receptions for 346 yards and three touchdowns.
On October 8, 2022, he set a new school record for receiving yards in a game with 247 on nine receptions and scored two touchdowns in a 52-28 win over Vanderbilt.
