On July 11, Jaquez Brown was put in jail after it was proven that he was involved in the crime.
In a statement about his arrest, the police said that he was a criminal because he shot and killed someone.
Shaheim Carr died at the scene on July 6, and the York resident is charged with criminal homicide in his death.

Shahei Carr was killed on July 6 in front of his house by Jaquez Brown and three of his friends. After killing Carr, the group of four took his phone and bag.

Brown was taken to York County Central Booking to be charged, and he has now been sent back to York County Prison.
