Controversy Over the Leaked Messages
The Daily Telegraph published a series of stories based on the messages, causing Mr Hancock’s allies to accuse Oakeshott of breaching a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
However, Oakeshott has defended herself, saying that there is no secret about how she came to be in possession of the communications treasure trove.
She also noted that the common thread linking the messages was Matt Hancock.

Richard Tice: Who Is He?
She is a journalist who has long made it obvious that she disapproves of his policies on lockdowns. She has been accused of having a terrible track record when it comes to source protection, and she is in a relationship with the leader of the Reform party, which is opposed to lockdowns.
