- Before starting work on SmackDown!, Postl was most well-known for his work in NWA Wisconsin, where he won the X Division Championship and became one of the organization’s top stars.
- In May of 2007, Postl signed a contract to wrestle for World Wrestling Entertainment. He is the fourth wrestler to sign with WWE out of the NWA Wisconsin territory. Daivari, Ken Kennedy, and CM Punk made up the rest of the group.
- Postl made his debut on SmackDown! on May 26 as the leprechaun partner of the Irish wrestler Finlay. This was Postl’s first appearance on the show.
- Following Finlay’s victory over Paul Burchill, a little man named Postl emerged from under the ring and jumped on Burchill. This occurred after Finlay had defeated Burchill.
- Finlay was able to pull him off of Burchill, but then he threw him back down onto Burchill again. Following the matches for the following few weeks, the man who had not been identified by anyone continued to emerge from under the ring.
