ABOUT GS RTC (Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation) EXAM –

GSRTC is Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation. It is a state owned corporation for passenger transport providing bus services within state of Gujarat and neighbouring states. Gujarat comes in formation in 1st May 1960 and GSRTC also founded on same. In the beginning GSRTC has 7 Division, 76 Depots and 7 Workshop divisions with the grand collection of 1776 buses. In Present GSRTC has 16 division, 126 Depots, 226 Bus stations and 8000 buses. This Growth comes because of 50,000 workers who work for GSRTC and provide the awesome facilities to us.You can also become the part of this Corporation by clearing the GSRTC clerk exam.

GSRTC CLERK EXAM PATTERN –

Here we are providing you the GSRTC clerk exam pattern and syllabus that will be beneficial for your preparation of exam. GSRTC clerk exam is based on objective type question paper. It will be a 100 marks question paper. Each question will carry 1 mark. Duration of the exam will be 2 hour. Qualification for exam is 12^th from any reorganized Institute/Board. Candidate should not be below 18 and not upper than 33(age). Selection will be based on candidate performance in written exam and interview.

GSRTC clerk exam question Paper will be come from 5 Subject. These Subjects are – General Studies, Gujarati Language, Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude and English Language. Computer proficiency test will also be included in this exam.

Adjective, adverb, English (vocal, article, conjunction, preposition), noun, one word Substitution, Verb arrangement, Sentence rearrangement, Verb. Reasoning syllabus-analytical reasoning, arrangement, blood relation, coding-decoding, input-output, Nonverbal series, sitting arrangement, statement, conclusion etc.

Quantitative Aptitude–

Time & distance, Date & calculation, Time & Work, Profit& Loss, Sample interest, Compound interest, Boats & Stress, Clock & Times, Numbers systems, HCM & LCM etc.

Reasoning –

Analytical reasoning, Arrangement, Blood relation, Coding-Decoding, Input-Output, Nonverbal series, Sitting arrangement, Statement, Conclusion.

General Studies-

Culture & heritage – India & UP, geography- India & UP, Geography – India. General Policies. History India, Science &Technology, Current – Affairs – National & International, Sports, Award, Honors, Book & Authors, International & National Organization, Country and Capital etc.

Gujarati Language-

Spot error, Anatomies, Sentence structure, Detecting miss words, One word substitution, Spellings, Vocabulary, Fill in the blanks.
