In today’s article, we’ll look at some disturbing facts about Gina Scramuzza, the wife of Mario Scramuzza who killed him.
Gina Scramuzza, 45, was a CAT scan technician. After 20 years of her unhappy marriage to Mario Scramuzza, a fire department paramedic, she had had enough. She and her boyfriend, Carlos Rodriguez, thought it would be better to kill her husband than to get a divorce.
Also, Gina met Rodriguez in 2008, a few months before the crime, at the East Jefferson General Hospital in Metairie, Louisiana. Even though they never slept together, she thought their relationship would turn into something more, as shown in this week’s episode of “Killer Couples” on Oxygen.
