Amrit Kapai, a dashing 34-year-old who is assisting with the expansion of a branch of his Chicago legal business in South Florida, has been one of the stars who has been consistently stealing the screen since the first season of the show.

According to the bio that Amrit has on Bravo, Nick comes from a traditionalist family that lives in the Midwest. According to his LinkedIn profile, he is a dual language instructor for the fifth grade at Chicago Public Schools.
Throughout the pandemic, he taught his students remotely. Millikin University awarded him a Bachelor of Arts degree in both French and Spanish.
Nicholas is most likely in his late 30s at this point given that he received his college diploma in 2004. After that, he earned a Master of Science degree in Accounting from Western Michigan University and a Master of Arts degree in Spanish and TESOL (Teachers of English to Speakers of Other Languages) from New York University.

Once Amrit chose to go to Florida in order to advance his career as a lawyer, the two of them came to the conclusion that they would continue their relationship on a long-distance basis.
The couple had strong feelings for one another and planned to spend their lives together. As Nicholas met Amrit’s parents, he gained a deeper understanding of Indian culture and traditions, which helped to strengthen the bond between himself and Amrit.
But, Amrit and Nicholas did not always have an easy time of it. Nicholas struggled to acclimatize to life in an Indian family and frequently butted heads with Amrit’s parents as a result.
The engagement party for Richa and Vishal Parvani was the perfect opportunity for Kapai to introduce his boyfriend to the members of his Indian community.
In an interview that took place during the end of the first season of Family Karma, he mentioned that this will be the first time that he will bring Nicholas to a major Indian engagement ceremony.

Nicholas And Amrit Indian Wedding Details
In April 2022, the couple celebrated their marriage with family and friends at The Hotel at Avalon in Alpharetta, Georgia. The event lasted for multiple days.
It was an occasion that took place over the course of numerous days, and on the first day, both families participated in a joint supper to celebrate their arrival.
They conducted a mehendi ceremony on the second day, which is an Indian custom in which the grooms get henna painted on their arms before the wedding begins.
Rivesse by Ishan Sanghvi was responsible for creating the bridal attire for the event.
Weddings InStyle Inc. was responsible for all of the wedding weekend’s decorations, which included everything from a wall of greenery for the outdoors to romantic sentiments inside.
Incredible food was served at the event, ranging from pizza in the Sangeet to prawns, deviled eggs, and desserts provided by Cake’d Up by Chandani.
Lavina, Amrit’s mother, was not pleased with the weekend and expressed her displeasure by making the observation that it did not have the atmosphere of a wedding weekend.
Nicholas was particularly upset by the comment that one of the guests made, which stated that the ceremony did not take place at a real wedding.
