Andhra Pradesh LAW Common Entrance Test ( AP LAWCET ) is held each year, where many candidates apply and are enrolled for LL.B and LL.M courses. Both courses have different papers and syllabus. It is the Andhra Pradesh government who hands over this prestigious responsibility to one of the constituting colleges of the University, to ensure smooth execution of the exam.

Exam Pattern for the AP LAWCET –

• 120 questions are asked in the exam.
• The exam duration is of 90 minutes.
• The paper is MCQ based.
• Exam is conducted in written mode, only.
• The exam paper is divided into three sections – Legal Aptitude, Mental Ability & GK and Current Affairs.
• Legal Aptitude section has 60 questions whereas, GK and Current affairs has 30 each.
• +1 mark is awarded for each correct answer.
• No negative marking is present.
