Career Of Eduardo Sebrango
Sebrango began his career in Cuba with his hometown club, Sancti Spritus, where he spent 14 seasons as both a youth and senior player.
And, Sebrango moved to Canada from Cuba in 1998 and was signed by the Vancouver 86ers of the then-A-League. He had 18 goals and 10 assists for Vancouver before signing with the Hershey Wildcats in 2001.
Sebrango was signed by the Montreal Impact in 2002 and scored 18 goals in 28 games in his first season, earning him a spot on the USL First Division All-Star Team.
Also, Sebrango helped the Impact win the USL First Division championship on September 18, 2004, when the Impact defeated the Seattle Sounders 2-0.
He had eight goals and three assists during the regular season. Sebrango played in 83 games, scoring 36 goals and adding six assists to become the club’s second all-time leading scorer.
