Denise Kielholtz is an Amsterdam-based Dutch woman who competes in mixed martial arts and Muay Thai.

She has been a professional fighter since 2004 and is currently the Bellator Kickboxing women’s flyweight champion.

As of December 2022, she is ranked #5 in the Bellator Women’s Flyweight Rankings and #10 in the Bellator Women’s Pound-for-Pound Rankings.

Kielholtz made her professional MMA debut in October 2015 at Torarica Summer Fights 1. She joined Bellator in 2016 and made her kickboxing debut on April 16, 2016 at Bellator Kickboxing 1 in Torino, Italy. The, she made her Bellator MMA debut against Jessica Middleton at Bellator 188. She won her first match by submission.

Denise, who stands 5 feet 3 inches tall, has won 48 matches from 51 bouts in her kickboxing career, with only three defeats. She also weighs 58.06 kg and has competed in 11 MMA fights, winning six of them.

He faced Ismael Londt in the quarter-finals of the K-1 World Grand Prix 2012 Final on March 15, 2013 in Zagreb, Croatia, and bowed out due to a broken nose in round three after receiving a flying knee from Londt.

On June 14, 2013, he won a unanimous decision over Pavel Zhuravlev at Final Fight Championship 6 in Pore, Croatia.

And, on October 12, 2013, he was defeated by Errol Zimmerman via third-round TKO in the tournament reserve match at Glory 11: Chicago – Heavyweight World Championship Tournament in Hoffman Estates, Illinois, United States.

On December 21, 2013, he won a unanimous decision over Ewerton Teixeira at Glory 13: Tokyo – Welterweight World Championship Tournament in Tokyo, Japan.

2012

On January 28, 2012, he was knocked out in the first round by Ghiță in the rematch. As a result, he was stripped of his Showtime Heavyweight Championship.

On October 14, 2012, he faced Sergei Lascenko in the Final 16 of the K-1 World Grand Prix 2012. He was able to block the majority of Lascenko’s punches while battering the Ukrainian with low kicks, and he won the fight by unanimous decision.

Hesdy Gerges was arrested in Amsterdam on February 15, 2011, on suspicion of being involved in a drug deal involving 128 kg (282 lb) of cocaine.

His half-brother was apprehended in a warehouse in Belgium in May 2010 with 128 kg of cocaine. Hesdy had already been removed from the investigation in 2010, but for some reason the investigation had stalled, and he was reinstated on February 15, 2011.

There was no cocaine or weapons discovered in Hesdy’s home. On February 21, his trainer, Thom Harinck, told the Dutch Metro News, “Hesdy has been framed. He gets up at 7:30 a.m., trains with me at 10:00 a.m., rests in the afternoon, then does strength and conditioning in the evening, and goes to bed at 10:00 p.m. I can’t believe he still has time for things like this.”

Hesdy Gerges was released from Belgian police on February 25, 2011.

Also, Hesdy was extradited to Belgium in early May 2011 to face charges because Belgian authorities suspected that the trafficking ring was passing through Belgium. Hesdy was released again on May 13, 2011, and continues to maintain his innocence.”

Gerges was convicted and sentenced to 54 months in prison for drug trafficking in a later trial.
