Clare Herdman and John Herdman were childhood sweethearts. At 14, they met at school when they were both youthful and full of life.

When the manager was going through a rough patch, his wife never gave up on him. His family fell apart, with his father suffering from despair and his mother self-medicating with alcohol. His parents divorced as well; luckily, his then-girlfriend and her family became his basis.
Clare has been a part of John’s journey from adversity to a successful management and coaching career. They’ve been through many highs and lows together, yet they always support each other. Communication, trust, and fondness have safeguarded the pair’s bond for so long, and they will continue to do so indefinitely. The Herdams and their children live in a nice house in Vancouver.

Clare and John also have a lovely daughter named Lilly-May, who is 11 years old. They have loved and cared for their children unconditionally, but they have chosen not to disclose every detail of their upbringing on the internet.
Herdman, on the other hand, has uploaded a few photos of his children on his official Twitter account, @coachherdman. The father-son team like vehicles, and John frequently takes his little son to the Great Canadian Bug Exhibition and the Ladner car show.
Similarly, Canada’s head coach has shared some of his daughter’s most memorable moments, including photographs of her posing with other beautiful individuals holding bicycles.
