The film tells the stories of children who are affected by a scary man (Grimcutty) over the internet who urges them to do heinous things.

Grimcutty was created by John William Ross, a filmmaker and writer known for directing a number of horror films. Previously, John directed the short horror film ‘Gregory,’ which will also be available on Hulu in 2020.

Asha Chaudhry is played by Los Angeles native Sara Wolfkind. More than that, the American-born actress has nine other acting credits. Plot Summary for Grimcutty
Grimcutty first appears in the film as an internet meme ‘monster’ who is thought to have targeted children and teenagers in order to persuade them to do heinous things to themselves or others. On the other side, parents are concerned about their negative influence on their children.
Mr. Chaudhry’s family was brought in to represent other families by John Ross. Amir and his wife, Leah Chaudhry, are concerned about how the internet may have harmed their children’s growth and development.
The video investigates the effects of social media addiction on children and their relationships with their parents.
Asha Chaudhry, who claimed to have seen a real-life Grimcutty, was grounded by her parents. Her parents, on the other hand, do not believe her. Asha has a mental health problem, which her parents believe is caused by her excessive screen use. While her brother, Kamran, is a desirable youngster in every way.
The lanky monster forces children to commit suicide by stabbing themselves with a sharp weapon. When Amir and Leah’s frenzy attracts the monster into their home, their children Asha and her younger brother Kamran attempt to battle the beast.
In John Ross’ film, neither the children nor their parents are blamed for their addiction to social media. Nonetheless, it sees it as a communal modern issue.
Grimcutty’s Ending Explained
Leah rushes her daughter to the hospital following the house attack. Asha learns at the hospital that her friend Cassidy was killed by the same creature and laments her loss.
As Grimcutty pursues her brother, Asha notices him departing the scene. She runs alongside her father, who is carrying a sedative that his wife Leah gave him before the tragedy. Grimcutty snatches Asha, and she happens to knife her father, Amir, putting Grimcutty away for good.
The film concludes with Asha uploading another ASMR video to her failed YouTube channel, this time whispering that her father and buddy Brandon had recovered. She goes on to say that the parental community is now less concerned about their children’s safety.
