Formerly M.S. Ramaiah Institute of Technology (MSRIT), RIT is an autonomous private engineering college in Bangalore, Karnataka. The college is affiliated to the Visvesvaraya Technological University with its headquarters at Belgaum, Karnataka, India. It was established in 1962 and became academically autonomous for both Undergraduate and Postgraduate Programs in 2007. Through VTU, RTI offers Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Architecture, Master of Technology, and Master of Business Administration.
