Sisodia advice HRD to change its name into Ministry of Education

In a meeting with the Central Advisory Board of Education on Tuesday, Delhi Education Minister Manish Sisodia has appealed the Human Resource Development (HRD) to alter the HRD Ministry name into Ministry of Education. The meeting was attended by Union HRD Minister Prakash Javadekar.”It is unfortunate that there is no Union Education Ministry in our nation.

We currently have an HRD ministry. The name of HRD ministry should be changed to Education Ministry as the HRD is just a part of it,” said Manish Sisodia. In the meeting, Sisodia advice for the complete removing of “no remand policy” and also suggest for the addition of RTE Act for children who did not fall into the bracket of 6 to 14 years.


Candidate file RTI against Baswan Committee

WhatsApp video calling feature has finally turned into a reality. After pulling out a beta early this year, WhatsApp is finally bringing the feature with version 2.16.316 or higher. The video calling feature is being rolled out in beta so not every one of you is going to get the feature right away but it is now evident that video calling is the next big feature from world’s most used mobile messaging platform. Back in July, we had reported how WhatsApp brought video calling option for a brief moment before pulling the plug on the feature.
