Delhi: Web portal launched for complaint against private schools

People can register their complaints against private schools pertaining to fee hike and others issues at doepvt.delhi.gov.in, and within 15 days, grievances will be resolved by district education officers concerned, said Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia. In a view to take strict actions against errant private schools, the Delhi government launched a web portal on Thursday for parents to register their complaints against such institutes at a single platform.


DU Convocation ceremony to be held on November 19

“The convocation will be conducted on Saturday at the multipurpose hall of university’s sports complex. Chief Guest Nanda is associated with University of Denver, United Nations Association, American Bar Association, among others and is the recipient of various prestigious awards,” a Delhi University statement said. Hyderabad ties up with Bradford universities for research

The research will be conducted on novel nanotechnology based approaches to solving problems of current interest and the results are expected to have great societal impact due to the nature of diseases involved, according to a release from the University of Hyderabad. CBSE ask schools to provide key information publicly: Madhya Pradesh

All affiliated schools in Madhya Pradesh will have to upload geo-tagged photos and information on school buildings and transport on their website before November 30.The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has issued directions to all affiliated schools to provide enough information on their respective websites so that parents can choose the schools of their choice.
